Nick Novi

Managing Director

Nick has been in the food industry for over 20 years, working with major Italian manufacturers and major importers. In 2004 he believed there was a gap in the market to bring UK buyers into direct contact with manufacturers and Campania foods was born, growing under his guidance steadily since then.

His knowledge of the canned tomato business is second to none. Nick is based in the UK but also speaks excellent Italian as his family originate from the Campania region. This gives him a love of Italy as well as first-hand knowledge of the immediate area that many of our products are produced in, all of which results in uniquely easeful communications between the two countries.

Andrew Novi

Sales manager / Shipping & logistics controller

Andrew joined the business in 2013, making Campania foods a family business. He has an excellent understanding of clients needs, speaks Italian and has a passion for food which means he is also our in-house development chef.

Emma Sims

Office / Accounts manager

Emma is very well organized and efficient and is much liked by all our suppliers and clients. From dealing with labeling to invoices, her role encompasses all. She now has been with us since 2013 and is an absolutely essential part of our team.

Sean Robinson

Shipping / Logistics assistant

Sean Joined the business in August 2018, he has a background in logistics and the catering industry,

Sean lived and was educated in Lucca, Italy. He attended the University ‘Palazzo Spinelli’ in Florence where he majored in art restoration, which means Sean speaks fluent Italian.

With his language and work history he is an important new edition to our team.

Jayne Doody

Technical manager

Our freelance Technical Manager has over 30 years’ experience in the food industry, 20 of those years gained in the canning sector, working with a vast range of canned products for the major multiples and food service industry.

Jayne liaises closely with the experienced technical teams at our partner manufacturing sites and with the client to ensure that all site approval, specifications and technical documentation is completed to the client’s standard.
