Quality assurance

In addition to having the highest standards of customer care, all ingredients are sourced from manufacturers that are accredited to BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, to a minimum of grade A.

All our partner factories operate Quality Management Systems and HACCP systems, providing assurance of food safety and stringent controls demanded by our customers.

All products are completely traceable back to the raw material and technical data and certification can be supplied upon request to ensure your peace of mind.

We have an in-house Technical Manager working on a part time basis, Jayne Doody who has over 30 years’ experience in the food industry; 20 of those years were gained in the canning sector working with a vast range of canned products for the major multiples and food service industry.

Jayne liaises closely with the experienced technical teams at our partner manufacturing sites and with the client to ensure that all site approval, specifications and technical documentation is completed to the client’s specifications.
